This page entails the terms and conditions of Södra Gård, farm and glamping, Mellby 1, 67291 Årjäng. All changes regarding this page will be shared with active bookings on the moment of changing. It is important to note that Södra Gård will not take any responsibility in personal belongings that appear to be missing. Any flaws in this particular page cannot be hold on to Södra Gård.

General

This pade is a valid guideline to any interested party regarding a reservation for an activity or a booked glamping tent/holiday house.

Age limit for bookings

It is important to note that the person booking a glamping tent or holiday house is 18 years old or older. We will ask for your ID when you arrive at the campsite. This is legally required by the Swedish Law as Södra Gård has to obey jurisdictional rules set by the municipality of Årjäng.

Booking accommodation

After you have purchased a reservation for your desired glamping tent or holiday house, you will receive a legally bounded booking confirmation, written, from us (Södra Gård). It is the responsibility of the guest to check if all information is correctly stated. If changes are to be made, please notify the owners of Södra Gård with immediate effect.

A booking is directly via the issuer or private website 100% paid. You do not need to pay on site.

Changing your booking is possible when the accommodation is available to your new set change. A change fee of 200SEK will be issued. Any change to the original booking, less than 7 days before check-in will be considered as a cancellation with a refund of 30%, followed by a new booking.

If you decide to leave the site earlier than the given date on the booking, money will not be returned. Unless otherwise agreed with us.

Cancellation accommodation

A cancellation can be done only by e-mail. A cancellation through a phone call is not legally confirmed. Only written cancellations can be taken into account. We at Södra Gård will withhold a cancellation fee of your booking. This fee depends on the moment of cancellation. Please see below rules:

• Date of arrival – 7 days ahead  No refund
• Date of arrival – 15 days ahead  30% refund
• Date of arrival – 30 days ahead  50 % refund
• Date of arrival – more than 30 days ahead  75% refund

We (Södra Gård) recommend you take an appropriate travel insurance to cover the costs.

Arrival and Departure accommodation

For any booking on our site (Södra Gård) we expect guests to arrive on the arrival day between 15:00-18:00 and check-out between before 12:00. Changes can be requested and will be writhingly approved by Södra Gård.

Your stay

In case of the event that during your stay discrepancies appear, like incorrect information regarding your booking or activities that were booked but not executed, we will hold a meeting and come up with a solution that suits our guests the best. If it occurs that such an event is not solved by the guest and Södra Gård, the guest may expect to get a refund if the deficiencies are proven to be not in the agreed service of Södra Gård. If the deficiencies do not lie at Södra Gård, but with the guests, refunds will not be given. The company (Södra Gård) has the full power to ask for compensation when the guest has demolished property goods.

Activities

Södra Gård offers a great variety of activities on site and their surroundings. They cannot be held responsible for any changes regarding these activities, such as price changes, weather, etc. It can be agreed to change the specific date/time when your stay allows this change.

Certain activities, like nature hikes, cannot guarantee sights of wildlife or berries/mushrooms.

When renting Södra Gård’s stand up paddling boards or canoes, we expect every guest to be able to swim and wear a safety life jacket/swimsuit.

Personal Data Protection Act

Södra Gård is responsible for the processing of your personal data that you provide via e-mail / contact form / Online booking when booking a glamping tent or holiday house. Your data are treated solely for the purpose of registering the desired booking via the check-in system used. The data may only be handed over by order of a debt collection agency as well as public authorities and courts for collection, determination and fulfilment of your contractual obligations. Your personal data may also be processed for marketing purposes by Södra Gård for its own products and services. Your personal data will be kept for 36 months after the booking agreement is concluded. You have the right, once a year and free of charge, to ask for your registered data in writing so that you can find out where the data is stored, as well as the right, at any time, to correct data that has been changed in the meantime. You also have the right to indicate when you do not want your personal data to be used for marketing purposes.
