Upgrade your Swedish experience with a steamboat tour at one of the biggest lakes in Årjäng Kommun. You will start at the harbour of Holmerudsfors, where the boat has been made ready for your arrival. The tour takes approximately two hours, but on request we can extend the tour. During the tour, the guides will inform you about the SS Hamfri and its heritage. You will be amazed by the personal story they have to offer you! Alongside of this great story, you will have the time to pay close attention to the Swedish nature and its inhabitants. You might be lucky to spot many bird species and perhaps wild life on the shore.
Make your tour better with a personally created lunch/dinner or snack box for on the boat. Depending on the time you book the tour, we are able to provide you a luxurious basket with edible goodies. Drinks are not included.
The steamboat sails once a week from June till September. Bookings are only to be made by us, so please contact us through the form or call (0046)70 2167780. Payments are digitally transferred up front. When the payment is received, we will send you a confirmation with the booked date and time. The tour will only be cancelled due to force majeure by the guides. Full refund will be done by us. If the guests cancel the tour, a refund is only made after a proper conversation with the owners of the boat.
